my screen wont turn on not even the ipad any tips?

I really wish Cowan would do better with the FM's. The Taog's Hanger stuff, the HPG 145 (And from what I hear the H160), and the 407 Improvement Mod all have implemented all of the proper dynamics in flight, including RBS and VRS, as well as proper transition out of Ground Effect and control saturation/LTE. Taog's Huey was so good I quite literally uninstalled DCS, since my appetite for combat is gone and it scratches my itch all the same. Cowan's helos ALL fly exceptionally well IGE, except this H130, which to me says that there is clearly some sort of issue with it that needs patching/fixing. But OGE, they're all lacking. Constant skid-low behavior and not being able to go into RBS, especially with something like the 206L3, which is very easy to get carried away speed wise in, is kind of frustrating. Especially since, for every helo they have out, bar the 206B3, they're the only game in town. FlyInside's 206 has all of the features, but trying to fly it after playing DCS or X-Plane will result in instant death, on account of how much slop there is in the controls. Cowan's helos have a lot of potential and I find myself wishing for a plugin, or something that would improve things across the board.

Excellent vid! As I'm thinking of reloading msfs2020 onto a new rig, can you or anyone else tell me what heli handling/feel is like on this sim? I've used helis on xplane, quite a handful but I'm sure realistic. So don't want an on rails feel. This heli sounds fantastic here!

Hiya, I'm one of the "ramp agents" at Turweston. The "target" is actually our Helicopter aiming point, so in the tower on the left PC you'll see the circuit diagram, if you look at the heli lane (alternative entry) and fly that in a helicopter, you aim for the target, then hover taxi to wherever you need to go, usually one of the 4 dumbell helipads we have which are by holding point B any other questions, let me know and i'll try my best to answer :) amazing video :)

I’ve stumbled across this after watching your helicopter videos. I have zero experience with any flight sim software but am looking to start. Turweston caught my eye because I actually put up several of the buildings there starting some thirty years ago when it was almost derelict and if I remember correctly wasn’t even active. I was there on and off over the years and erected two of the hangers and the one with the glass wall across the end I actually drew in a CAD software package and also erected. The company I worked for was also supposedly going to build the new control tower as well but I moved on and not sure if they ever did or not. I have some very fond memories of this place and it’s made me smile watching this. Oh and we always called it Tur Weston 😊 Thank you very much for this. Loved it

Interested in seeing a vid on your PC's specs and a look at your overall setup. I just reinstalled the Freedom Fox Complete and used the same skin before coming across your video. I love flying around Vegas in MSFS as I am from Southern California originally and met my English wife there so Vegas is a favorite old stomping ground of ours. Keep up the good work.

the constant and very quick movements of the camera make it not so easy to watch ..lateral movements of the camera should be slower due to the number of frames per second

For the life of me, I can't find how you change between the glass and the anolog?! Is it a separate plane? Or do you have to press something 🤷🏼‍♂️

Flown out of Turweston both full size and on MSFS, very accurate rendition of EGBT.

Las Vegas airport and city pack is much better than the latest City update it's not your PC or connection mine look the same suck it back out and put my payware one back in works wonderful and it's also been updated

The only thing I don't like of BBD is that Blue C172 G-Burn placed in every airport they do. have most of their airfields and I must say "BBD=awesome GA airfields".

Smooth and sticky on the runway. BBD seems to be very very good. You can hardly believe you're looking to a sim. Like to see your video's. Maybe the can try to make EHGG or a descent EHLE. Both are approx. 3 meters below asl

Oh wow, watched this and on your return leg, heard a Spitfire go over IRL......had to run outside....just to check it wasn't a Mk IX! and yes, I DO live near Silverstone.

Been to the dam. It’s extra windy over the bridge, and if it was rendered fully realistic you’d see dozens of dusty old baseball caps and other hats on the rocks below the bridge from careless heads looking over the side. Apopolis in Greek is probably a noun, but από πόλης (apo polis) means ‘from a city’, and αποβολής (apovolis) means abortion, but you didn’t quite say that.

the UH-72 (h145) being the helicopter I learned to fly helicopters After watching this im sold and really need to get this to go back and relive this Airframe.

I’ve flown around Vegas many times in the sim and never seen that weirdness at the end of the strip. It doesn’t look great, especially at night, but it doesn’t look like that.

The flytampa addon makes Las Vegas 1000% better, and comes with a detailed airport (albeit a bit heavy on frames!) but I’ve currently got it uninstalled due to the upcoming city update for Las Vegas coming this week in case it clashes

Then I indeed thought why you chose an Arctic Fox livery to fly in the desert ... got it now! And of course the //42 Fox has been transformed by the latest update, love it now.

I bought the Freedom Fox bundle on sale last week. Haven't had the chance to fly it yet. I've been getting more into bush planes, and this looks like a good one. It's certainly a bargain.

The opening screen quote captures it. Flying takes your mind to another place where other concerns are suspended. It is truly liberating.

Out of all the Cowan Heli's this just doesn't work, physics is just wrong, I have tried changing the sensitivity setting but just adjusting the collective a little doesn't justify it dropping out of the sky then occilating madly for no reason? I don't know what the pilots are testing this on but nooooo this doesn't work for me and I have all Virpil controls....

I have all the Cowan helis and use the same config for all, except the R22 which needed a heavily turned down config. Watching this video, it reminds me of the first time I flew the R22 so it seems a similar model in terms of control. I don’t really fly the r22 as I don’t enjoy it, I’ve flown them IRL and it was much easier than the cowan r22 in the sim but I fully accept they have tested with real pilots. It’s just the only cowan heli I struggle with 🤷‍♂️ I will be getting the h130 soon and hope it doesn’t become another hangar queen

The scenery is fantastic. What I thought was a cool detail was the reflection of the IPad on the inside of the "bubble" cockpit glass. That’s amazing they’re using the Flying Irons Spitfire for their simulator. Has there been collaborations between them and Flying Iron on flight model, engine dynamics and procedures? The Spitfire is my favorite goto for msfs. Love the videos, keep up the good work. 👍🏻
